1. Login Registration Navigation
When browsing an article, if a login prompt appears, registered sellers can log in directly. Forgotten passwords can be reset via “Forget Password”. New users can register with a username or email. If issues persist after login, contact customer service through “Contact Us”.
2. Inventory Order Configuration
The system tracks product order quantity and remaining inventory to determine replenishment needs. It intelligently avoids unnecessary reminders for seasonal products and prevents overstocking by analyzing sales data.
3. News Page Content Update Time
Amazon’s official news is updated in real-time, with the system capturing the latest three months of policy updates. If no new policies are issued within three months, the page remains unchanged. Historical policies remain accessible in the system.
4. Page Loading Issues
If the product service page fails to load, try logging out and back in, or refresh the page (F5). If the problem persists, the system may be undergoing maintenance.
5. Product Profit Related Issues
Profit Fluctuations: Primarily influenced by FBA fees. The system monitors profits by tracking FBA fees per order. If profits decline, first check FBA fees. If unresolved, contact customer service.
Post-Retest Profit Decline: After a retest, if FBA fees are reduced, profits will normalize once new orders with adjusted fees are completed. Sellers are advised to wait before rechecking profits.
6. Product Optimization Timing
The system monitors product sales, ranking, click-through rate, and exposure from the time of upload. Optimization is recommended if sales, rankings, or exposure decline consistently, indicating the listing may need improvements to attract consumers.
7. Stock-Out Predictions
The system analyzes sales data every 3/7/15/30 days to estimate how long inventory will last. Sellers receive reminders 30/15/7/3 days before stock-out and must decide to restock, pause replenishment, or discontinue the product.
8. Order Charge Verification
The order system displays completed orders with details such as sale price, FBA fees, commission rates, and commission amounts. Sellers can compare charges across products and time periods. The system alerts if charges are inconsistent, enabling compensation claims.
9. Data Update and Correction
Order and inventory pages update daily before 10 PM, capturing only completed orders (excluding pending or refunded orders). If data inconsistencies occur, refer to Amazon Background. For system errors, contact IT support for repairs.
10. Website Access Issues
Ensure use of Firefox or Google Chrome, as the website currently supports only these browsers. Check your internet connection. If issues persist, try logging out and back in. If problems continue, contact support.
