2.Inventory Order Configuration
Our system will obtain the order quantity, remaining inventory and other information of the products, and judge whether the products in the store need to be replenished by viewing these data. In addition, the system will not blindly remind the seller that some products need to be replenished. For example, for some seasonal products, even if they are out of stock, the system will not remind the seller that they need to replenish at a specific time. In addition, the system will determine the remaining inventory of products according to the product order quantity to prevent blind replenishment from causing inventory redundancy.
3. News Page Content Update Time
Amazon’s official news will be updated in real time, and the system will capture the latest three-month current affairs policies. Of course, previous policies can still be viewed from the system history.

5.Product Profit Related Issues
(1) What are the main reasons for the increase and decrease of product profits
It is mainly related to the FBA fees charged by the product. The system monitors the product profit by capturing the FBA fees charged by each order in the background. If the seller observes that the profit of the store’s products has declined, he can first check whether it is caused by FBA fees. If not, you can contact the customer service through Contact us to help you find out the specific reason.
(2) After the product retest, the seller found that the profit was still declining
After the retest, if the FBA fee is indeed reduced, the product needs to be issued with the following adjusted FBA fee. After the order is completed, the system will update the order data. At this time, the seller will view the product profit again, and it will return to normal. Therefore, the seller can wait for a period of time before observing the product profit.
6.When does the seller know that the product needs optimization?
From the very beginning, when the product is uploaded to the background, the system will capture the product sales, ranking and other information. When keeping the original listing of the product, the system will monitor the sales volume, ranking, click through rate, etc. of the product over a period of time. If the sales volume and profit of a product have been stable or even rising, it indicates that the product page does not need to be optimized at present,; If the sales volume and ranking of the product show a downward trend for a period of time, and the click through rate and exposure rate data are relatively low, it indicates that the current product page is not enough to attract consumers, and even the product cannot be searched through some keyword searches. This indicates that the seller needs to optimize the product page to improve product exposure.
7.How do I know in advance how long my product will be out of stock?
Our system will record the sales of each product every 3 days /7 days /15 days /30 days, so that according to the data, it is expected that the remaining inventory will be sold out for several days.
In order to leave enough time for the seller to prepare the goods, our system will remind the seller in 30 days /15 days /7 days /3 days before the stock is out of stock. Until the seller according to the actual situation of the product to make “continue replenishment”, “suspension replenishment, peak season evaluation”, “no replenishment” after one of the three decisions, the system will no longer remind.
8.Where can I visually see if each of my orders is charged properly or incorrectly?
In our order system page, you can see what date each ASIN order was completed, how much was the selling price at the time of completion, how much was charged by FBA, how much was charged by commission, what is the specific commission ratio, all the above information will be listed, you can not only see the charges of different products, but also see the charges of the same product in different periods, which is convenient for you to use the previous data Make a comparison. If the system identifies that the current FBA or commission price is not in line with the current actual charge of the product, our system will pop-up window to remind you that the current charge of xxx product is wrong and you need to apply for compensation.
